When setting up Britannia in 1979 my vision was to deliver the highest quality of cleaning services, efficiently and effectively, whatever the scale of operation. A company that not only provided the service clients’ needed but also to create a collaborative working environment for my staff, in turn leading to continuity of workforce with the end result being to provide a better service for our clients. I believe we have achieved this by working as a team.
It is our company policy that every client and every employee has direct access to me and senior management, because communication and accessibility is fundamental. Incidentally our Britannia team have been together almost as long as the company has been operating, offering a wealth of experience. Hence we pride ourselves in client relationships lasting decades.
